- NPTEL Lectures, Video Streaming
The main Objective of NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning), is to provide quality education to anyone interested in learning from the IITs. - And to enhance the quality of engineering education by developing curriculum based video and web courses.NPTEL offers more than 600 courses for certification every semester in about 22 disciplines.

Rotaract Club of NIT (RCNIT)
To create social awareness among students. Develop professional and leadership skills. Emphasize respect for the rights of others. Provide opportunities for personal and group activities to serve the community
National Service Scheme Club (nss)
The club strives to bring improvements in the field of social welfare and provides service to society. Inculcates in students a sense of national and social responsibility,service to community, dignity of labour, importance of self-help, protection of environment and to assist weaker section of the society. The club organizes various Programmes like tree plantation, adult education, Blood donation camp, Pulse Polio Vaccination Campaign anti Dowry Rally, Visit to old age homes, slum cleanliness, disaster management relief Celebrates Anti- Terrorism & Violence Day, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, Yuvak Diwas,Yoga Day
Women's Cell
a. To enhance understanding of issues related to women and to make college campus a safe place for them.
b. To create awareness of their rights and duties.
C. Provides platform to share their experience and views regarding their status in society. d. Activities organized by cell includes: seminars, expert talks, Doctors visit.
The Alumni Cell
The cell plays a pivotal role in forging links between the institute and its alumni so as to foster strong bonds between alumni, students and the Institute, to keep alumni informed, and create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their alma mater and help shape its future through the Association’s programmes and services.
SRC Cell
Students Representative Council is a student body of the college consisting of student representative from all branches. The SRC is mainly involved in conducting and organising intra and collegiate activities. The college is actively organising many inter collegiate as well as intra collegiate events throughout the year.
